Penny Hicks began her insurance career at Safeco Insurance Company in Maitland, FL in 1984. She worked in the claims office as a claims processor until 1992 when she became an Personal Lines Auto Insurance Adjuster. Penny held that position until summer of 2000 when she and her family relocated to Greeneville, TN
Penny remained a stay at home mom until 2011. 2011 Penny returned to the work force and began working here with Peake Insurance Agency. Penny has had numerous roles. She has worked with personal lines, commercial and life, but now specializes in Personal Lines and is the Office Manager.
Penny has been married to her husband Wayne for 37+ years. Together they have 2 children and three grandchildren. Their son Matthew and his family currently reside in Detroit, MI and their daughter Shelby resides with her family in Greenville, SC.
Penny and Wayne enjoys the beaches, camping, fishing and taking rides through the mountain in their rail buggy. Most of all she loves spending time her time with her family.
